The Former INEC helmsman, Professor Attahiru Jega has advised Nigerians to go out vote or lose their rights to complain about bad governance in the country. This must have been his response to voters apathy which has characterised all the elections in Nigeria, including the recently completed Gubernatorial Election in Ekiti State, where only Three Hundreds And Sixty Thousand Voters (360,000) came out to vote out of Nine Hundred Thousand registered voters (900,000).
The Former INEC boss opined that we do not government by the Majority. We have government by the majority who participate.
