Have We Learnt Anything From Poor Leadership Under Which We have Been Sinking, Dr Hakeem Baba-Ahmed Queries Merchants Of Ethnic And Religious Politics

As always, politicians deplore all sort of prebendal sentiments such as; religion, ethnicity, tribalism cum whatever divide and rule tactics they use to keep the people divided while they win elections.

It has become obvious that some of the top presidential contenders who have nothing with which to arise up to the issue based campaign as raised by the Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi has resorted to all sort of ethnic slurs in order to keep the Nigerian Masses fighting over what is not, while the political profiteers keep on reaping from the misery of the people.

Again if not that Nigeria is what it is, no Nigerian alive witnessing what has become of Buhari regime would go out again to vote the All Progressives Congress (APC), or vote those who boast of installing Buhari to rule the country but to the surprise of an average man the political merchants who have made poverty a state policy are using it to their great advantage.
